About

Hi, I’m Alex Guardiola.

I work in IT, mainly on automation, reporting and integrations. My day-to-day work involves Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, Power BI and M365. I also use Python and n8n to build tools and connect systems where they make sense.

Lately I’ve been exploring where AI assistance helps with reporting and IT workflows, and where a regular script does the job better. I learn most by building things and seeing what breaks.

This site is where I write about those projects. You’ll find QRFleet, the web app I built for fleet damage reporting, alongside my homelab and smaller automation projects. I try to explain what I built and the decisions behind it without dressing it up.

You can browse my projects or read the posts on the homepage.
